Artist Print Series 025 - Sarah Sullivan Sherrod
The 25th in our Artist Print Series. 2023 marks the fifth year of APS and to celebrate, we've brought back our sold out artists from years past. This print is by Sarah Sullivan Sherrod, who was a part of the 2019 APS cohort.
In her work, Sarah Sullivan Sherrod uses a combination of handwoven textiles and paint to explore the energetic network of the world around us. Through the language of color, line, and space, Sherrod emphasizes the basic yet powerful notion that everything is connected.
Sherrod graduated from the University of Kansas in 2011 with a BFA in Textile Design. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Domino, and Apartment Therapy. She is currently based in Tulsa, OK, with work available locally at M.A. Doran Gallery.
