At our core we are true art and print nerds. We obsess over the details, and relish the history references that pop up throughout our work. We are endlessly inspired by the process and materials utilized, not just in screen printing, but in the larger world of printing. Naturally, we knew that our staple tee would feature some of these very references. Thus, the Colorbar Short Sleeve Tee was born! Color bars are printed in the trim area of a parent sheet when printing on paper, and are used by the press operators to check color accuracy, ink density, color interactions, and grey balance. Our obsession with various printer’s marks is heavily featured throughout our branding, but this specific shirt is a love letter to the color bar. An instant classic!
